August 1, 2001 --KEEBLER TO LEASE OVER 60,000 SQUARE FEET AT
MERIDIAN BUSINESS CAMPUS

The Keebler Company recently signed a lease for 60,160 square feet of distribution space at 3360 Enterprise Avenue in Meridian Business Campus at Weston. Keebler relocated to Meridian Business Campus from Miramar, where they had been located for the past 15 years. Timothy J. Talbot leasing agent for Meridian Business Campus in Weston stated, "Keebler liked our location because of its proximity to I-75 and the ability to distribute to all parts of South Florida efficiently from Meridian."
Keebler Foods Company, a division of Kellogg USA, Inc., is the second largest cookie and cracker manufacturer in the United States. The company produces and distributes a broad line of cookie and cracker products, as well as other consumer food products.
Meridian Business Campus, located within the thriving Weston community, is strategically positioned on I-75, just south of I-595 and Sawgrass Expressway interchange. Lorna Zammit of ComReal Ft. Lauderdale completed two lease transactions at Bryan Oaks Business Park. Criteria, a supplier of home technology, leased 4,505 square feet of office space. Biscayne Limousine leased 1,200 square feet of office space.
Criteria is a company that markets home technology products. They recently relocated from Griffin Road in Davie. The company needed additional space, which Bryan Oaks could accommodate.
Biscayne Limousine is a company, which provides limousine service throughout the tri-county area.
Bryan Oaks Business Park has two, one-story office buildings consisting of over 25,000 square feet of office space. The park is located at 115 North Bryan Rd in Davie. Conveniently located just off of I-95 and Griffin Road, the business park is only minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.

Timothy J. Talbot of ComReal Fort Lauderdale recently brokered a 267,250 square foot lease at Weston Business Center located at 2935 Weston Road in Weston.
Sara Lee Corporation's Intimates and Underwear Division expanded and relocated from their previous location at 3355 Enterprise Avenue in Meridian Business Campus. Sara Lee holds the leading share positions in intimate apparel, underwear and legwear in North America, Europe and several Latin American countries. The division includes a portfolio of well-known brands: Hanes, Hanes Her Way, Playtex, L'eggs, Dim, Bali, Just My Size, Wonderbra and Lovable.
