Tim Talbot has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has participated in all facets of the industry including: the sales and leasing of offices, industrial, build-to-suits, and vacant land for development. Mr. Talbot has managed, maintained and owned ComReal Fort Lauderdale since 1987.

Mr. Talbot has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertising/ Public Relations from Wayne State University.
